Hill Prizes Awarded

The four prizes offered by Mr. Samuel Hill '79 for the best essays on the subject "Why Should a Student Choose Harvard University?" have been awarded as follows: first graduate prize of $100 to A.A. Ballantine '04; second graduate prize of $50 to J.D. Greene '96; first undergraduate and professional school prize of $100 to K. McLeod '05; second undergraduate and professional school prize of $50 to J.A. Harley '06.

The committee appointed by Mr. Hill to award the prizes, consisted of the following graduates: W.R. Thayer '81, editor of the Graduates' Magazine, chairman; Professor W.E. Byerly '71, and Malcolm Donald '99.
