Phillips Brooks House will be open tomorrow afternoon from 3 to 6 o'clock. At 4.30 o'clock R. F. Blake '00 of the Submarine Signal Company of Boston will speak on "Submarine Signalling."
Tea will be served from 4.30 to 6 o'clock, and books and magazines will be available for use. The 1906 committee, of which J. L. white is chairman, will be in charge. All members of the University are cordially invited to attend.
