Frothingham '93, Republican candidate for mayor of Boston at the last election, will speak or "Practical Politics" before the Harvard Political Club in the Randolph Breakfast Room, next Wednesday evening at 7.30 o'clock. Applications for membership in the Political Club may be made at the meeting by students in any department of the University.
