The fourth meeting of the American Intercollegiate Football Rules Committee will be held at 10 o'clock this morning at the Murray Hill Hotel, New York.
Matters which were discussed but not decided at the last meeting will be again considered today and final action will probably be taken. Rules in regard to holding, fair checking, protection of catcher, length of halves and officials, will be discussed, and all other revisions which may seem expedient.
