Mr. Arthur B. Chapin, receiver and treasurer of the state of Massachusetts, will speak before the Political Club, next Wednesday, at 7.30 o'clock, in the Randolph breakfast room on "Politics and the College Man."

The lecture will be open only to members of the club.
