2d Baseball Team Won 8 to 5

The University second baseball--team won its first game of the season from Brookline High School on Soldiers Field Saturday by the score of 8 to 5.

The second nine won by its timely hitting and fast base-running, aided by the erratic fielding of the Brookline team. Taylor pitched a steady game, striking out 12 men in seven innings, but his support in the field was very poor.
