Andrew McF. Davis, A.M., '54, will give a lecture this evening at 8 o'clock in the Lecture Room of the Fogg Museum, on "John Harvard in America," which will be the second of the two Harvard Memorial Society's lectures on John Harvard.
Mr. Davis graduated from the Lawrence Scientific School in 1854, and received the honorary degree of A.M. from Harvard in 1893. He is a member of the New York and Massachusetts bar associations and several memorial and antiquarian societies. Several of his books have been published, among them being, "Currency and Banking in the Province of Massachusetts Bay," and "Tracts Relating to the Currency of Massachusetts Bay."
