Can it be that the University does not realize that we are on the verge of a contest that will decide the permanent possession of the dual cup? Now is the time that support must be given; point-winners cannot be developed in a month. Let us not be further humiliated by appearances of an indifference, which is merely a shifting of responsibility, and in reality does not exist.
