The improvements in Holyoke House voted last November by the Corporation will be commenced as soon as possible, and will be completed before College opens in the fall. They include an electric elevator and a complete system of steam heating, such as is already in use in Conant, Perkins and Walter Hastings.
The prices of rooms in Holyoke House for the year 1908-09 vary from $125 to $225; in this and former years they were from $100 to $200. This slight increases in rent will be more than offset by the great increases in the comfort and accessibility of the rooms.
