FRESHMAN WON FINAL GAME

Basketball victory Over Andover Yesterday by Score of 25 to 23.

Yesterday afternoon the Freshman basketball team defeated Andover gymnasium, in the last and hardest game of the season. This victory at the close of a brilliant season gives the 1911 team the best record that any Freshman basketball team has ever made.

At the end of the first period, the score stood 16 to 9 in favor of Andover, and the lead was maintained up to the last five minutes of play, when the score stood 21 to 15. Then Miller, ably assisted by Dow, took a splendid brace and succeeded in winning the game for the Freshman, Miller and Dow excelled for the Freshmen and Swihart for Andover.
