President Eliot will deliver the fourth and last lecture of the Godkin series on "Municipal Government" in the Lecture Room of the Fogg Art Museum this evening at 8 o'clock. His subject will be "Municipal Reform: the Promising Directions for Further Experimentation; One Board, Election at Large, Publicity, State Supervision, and Popular Control."
