President Eliot will preside at a meeting of the Massachusetts State Conference of Charities in Ford Hall this evening at 8 o'clock. President G. Stanley Hall of Clark University, Dr. Abner Post M.'70 and Bernard J. Rothwell will speak on "Sex Hygiene."
