Mr. George Arthur Sedgwick '64 will give the second of the series of Godkin lectures on "Some Unsettled Questions Relating to Popular Government." in Emerson D, this evening at 8 o'clock up on the special subject "The Principle of Responsibility." The lecture will be open to the public.
