By the will of Mrs. Sarah A. Matchett, of Brookline, a large sum of money is left to the University. The estate amounts in all to about $350,000, of which $100,000 goes to private persons. Of the remainder, $115,000 and the income of $100,000 are left to various charitable institutions. The entire residue of the estate is bequeathed to the University.
