Hon. Lawson Purdy, LL.D., President of the Department of Taxes, and Assessment of New York City, will give an address on the "Scientific Valuation of Real Estate," under the auspices of the Cambridge Taxpayers' Association, in New Lecture Hall this evening at 8 o'clock. The lecture will be open to the public.
