The second University Tea of the year will be held in the Parlor of Phillips Brooks House this afternoon between 4 and 6 o'clock. All members of the University and particularly new comers to Harvard are cordially invited to attend.

The management of the Teas is under the direction of a standing committee composed of certain officers of the University and their wives, who will receive at each Tea. A number of men from the undergraduate classes and from the graduate schools will act as ushers.
