Final trials for the Freshman triangular debating teams will be held in Emerson D and in New Lecture Hall on Thursday and on Friday, respectively. Two teams will compete from 7 to 10 o'clock Thursday evening, and two others from 4.30 to 6 o'clock on Friday afternoon. This change in time and place has just been announced by the management. Each man will be allowed a 12-minute speech and a 5-minute rebuttal.
The call for candidates for Freshman debating manager will probably be issued this week.
Debaters' Speeches to be Published.
The Debating Council also announces that the speeches written and spoken by the University speakers in the triangular debate, will be published in a bound volume and put on public sale. This year will be the first time this has been done.
