Under the new system of electing the editors for the Harvard Register, the outgoing board has elected the following men: Chairman, W. S. Witmer '12, of Winchester, manager; A. K. Reading uL., of Cambridge; editors; P. G. M. Austin '13, of Santa Barbara, Cal.; R. B. Batchelder '13, of Salem; A. J. Lowrey '13, of Honolulu, Hawaii; G. N. Phillips '13, of Middletown Springs, Vt.; E. D. Smith '13, of Chicago, Ill.; W. Tufts, Jr., '13, of Boston. W. M. E. Whitelock '13, of Baltimore, Md., H. B. Gill '13, of Lockport, N. Y., and W. L. Ustick '13, of St. Louis, Mo., were elected from the Committee on Organizations and J. R. Sibley '12, of Rochester, N. Y., from the Graduate Schools. There will be further announcements in regard to the competitions for the remunerative positions of managing editor and of assistant business manager, competitions which will be open to all members of the University.

The Register will be the same in form as this year except for the addition of two new departments, the Honor Department and the Graduate Schools Department. There will be an annual joint dinner of the outgoing and incoming boards, which will be held on May 8.
