All ushers and assistant head ushers report at Thayer Common Room at 9.15 o'clock to receive badges and final instructions. All ushers and assistant head ushers report at headquarters at 1.20 o'clock to clear the Yard.

All assistant head ushers are on duty in the Yard from 1.15 to 3 o'clock and in the evening from 10 to 11 o'clock. The following head ushers are in charge of squads in the Yard: 1.15-3, P. L. Wendell and W. M. E. Whitelock; 3-4, H. B. Gardner; 5-6, J. A. Donovan; 6-7, G. N. Phillips; 7-8, W. Tufts; 8-9, A. Tomes; 9-10, R. B. Batchelder and E. B. Watson; 10-11, W. H. Baldwin.
