Mr. S. A. Courtis supervisor of testing work in the Boston Public Schools will lecture under the auspices of the Harvard Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa, an honor Society in the Division of Education, in Emerson J this evening at 8 o'clock. His subject will be "Educational Measurements". The lecture will be illustrated with lantern slides and will be open to members of the University and to teachers and school superintendents.
