FALL CLOTHING COLLECTION

GATHERING OF CLOTHING AND BOOKS FOR CHARITY BEGINS TOMORROW.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The annual fall clothing and book collection of Phillips Brooks House will be taken up today and tomorrow. The collectors, appointed will call at the rooms in their dormitories between 2 and 3 o'clock and between 7 and 8 each day. In case a man has things to give, however, and is unable to be in his room at the hours stated, he is urged to leave what he has either in the collector's room or with the janitor. Men living in private houses should leave whatever they have to give at Phillips Brooks House or notify J. Curtiss '09, Dunster 40.

It is hoped that the collection will be unusually large this fall as there are more requests for clothing and books than in previous years. The clothing will be sent to worthy charitable organizations, and the magazines and periodicals received will be distributed among hospitals, reading-rooms and charity homes. The text-book loan library in Brooks House is supplied with books acquired in this collection and especially needs those books used in large courses such as History 1, Government 1, Economics 1, and English A, as the demand for these is the greatest.
