FOUR SCHEDULES APPROVED

QUESTION OF HOCKEY STATUS REFERRED TO UNDERGRADUATE COMMITTEE.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At the meeting of the Athletic Committee held yesterday afternoon no definite action was taken in regard to making hockey a major sport, the motion being referred to the undergraduate members of the committee, under the rules of the committee. Rule 4 states: "The "H" may be awarded to any candidate for a University team by vote of the Committee upon the recommendation of the Captain." The undergraduate members, after considering the proposition, will report their decision back to the Athletic Committee. Such action is necessary before a definite decision can be reached.
