The Cosmopolitan Club will hold its sixth annual dinner in the Trophy Room of the Union tonight at 8 o'clock. The principal speakers for the evening are President Eliot, Major Henry Lee Higginson '55, and Ron. J. L. Westerngard h. '03. Adviser to the King of Siam Mr. Westerngard will speak on some as peets of modern Siam. In addition to the speeches, the dinner committee have made arrangements for a short musical program.
