A rumor has been circulating about the University lately to the effect that the only marks returned by the College Office, beginning next September, would be A, B, C, or F. The truth of the matter is that the Graduate Schools of Applied Science have decided to drop the D from their marking system. This means that a man will either fail absolutely to pass a course or will pass it with a fairly satisfactory grade.
