NEW YORK SCHOOL INQUIRY

Member of Investigating Committee Will Speak on it Tonight.

Professor P. H. Hanus, of the Education Department, will speak on the New York School Inquiry in Emerson J this evening at 8 o'clock. Professor Hanus was a member of the investigating committee which brought to light many surprising facts about the New York schools, and created a great deal of excitement during the past year. Needless to say, he has studied the question thoroughly, and is now an authority on the subject. This is a very important, as well as interesting topic, and the lecture tonight will be the first one delivered on it since the final report of the committee. The lecture will be given under the auspices of the Phi Delta Kappa society, and will be open to the University.
