Students interested in social service should remember that the Social Service Conference to be held at Brooks House this evening will afford an unusually good opportunity to get first-hand information concerning social evils and their alleviation from persons who have devoted their whole time and attention to the work. Harvard men have never been lacking in enthusiasm for social service; such a conference as this, offering as it does an opportunity for criticism by professional social workers, cannot fail to be of material aid in showing them how to apply that enthusiasm to best advantage.
