Jack will conduct a special Field Class at the Arnold Arboretum on Saturdays during the spring and early summer, to assist those who wish to gain a more intimate knowledge of the native and foreign trees and shrubs which grow in New England. The instruction will be given in informal outdoor talks, and no technical knowledge or special preparation is required.
Beginning Saturday, and continuing until June 28, the class will meet regularly at 10 o'clock in the morning in the Arboretum, at the Forest Hills entrance. Two hours will be devoted to each meeting. The course will be open to both men and women, upon the payment of a fee of $5, in advance.
Applications or further inquires maybe addressed to Professor J. G. Jack, Jamaica Plain.
