Hon. Victor L. Berger, former socialist congressman from Wisconsin, will speak under the auspices of the Harvard Socialist Club in Emerson D tomorrow afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. Mr. Berger's subject will be, "Two Years in a Capitalist Congress." The lecture will be open only to members of the University.
