To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

Every effort should be brought to bear on the directors of the Co-operative to reject the submitted "design" for the new front. This "design" is almost comic in parts, it is ill-related to the buildings around it, possesses no beauty of its own and I do not believe it is even well planned for its purpose. It has met with the most sweeping and unreserved condemnation in the architecture school. Let us hope that such an eyesore will not be foisted on the Square to remain for years to come. KENNETH J.
