In the second contest of the scrub lacrosse series yesterday, the "Braves" defeated the "Red Sox" in a fast game by the score 5 to 0. A round robin series of twelve games is to be played, the team having the least number of defeats winning the cup. Today's contest will be between the "Athletics" and the "Giants."
