Arthur Warwick, captain and manager of the Toronto lacrosse team, has been engaged by the University lacrosse team to act as coach during the coming season. The Canadian professional coached the teams of 1911 and 1912. Last year he played with Toronto and Paul Gustafson '12, captain of the 1912 team, took his place. Mr. Warwick will report April 5.
The team started regular training in the baseball cage last week with forty men reporting. The indoor workouts will continue regularly three nights a week until weather conditions change. There will be six positions to be filled this year, as only five of last year's team have returned to College. The five regulars are Captain P. F. Brundage '14, F. E. Abbe '14, P. Eaton '14, W. E. Nightingale '15, and P. Catton '15. From last year's team, however, there are three substitutes who may develop into first class men--J. R. Fleming '15, R. W. Hallock '15, and R. G. Wilson '14, E. M. Wanamaker '16 and A. M. Vinal '16 are promising members of the 1915 team.
