The life-sized portrait of Dean Briggs, which is being painted by Edmund C. Tarbell, the well-known Boston artist, will be finished in a few weeks and will then be hung in the Living Room of the Union. The portrait is a gift to the University from the classes of 1911, 1912, 1913, 1914 and 1915, and from Mr. Tarbell himself.
