Today the University baseball team journeys to New Haven to enter upon the series with Yale. Passing as it has through what may be called a successful season, the team has acquired the confidence of the student body in its ability to bring two victories to Harvard in the closing series with its time-honored opponents. To the University baseball team of 1914 the CRIMSON wishes the best of luck in the coming games, games in which the services of a professional coach will be entirely lacking and a greater measure of responsibility will rest on the players themselves.
