Every student in Harvard College, except special students, must hand in at University 4 before Monday afternoon, February 15, at 5 o'clock, a list of all his studies for the second half-year. The cards upon which this list must be written may be obtained at Uniiversity 4 on any day between 9 and 1 o'clock.
Any student wishing to take a "starred course" which begins in the second half-year, must get the consent of the instructor in the course, given in writing on a card to be obtained from him; for admission to a course "primarily for graduates," an undergraduate or special student must have the written recommendation of the instructor.
