ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL OUTLOOK

Five Regulars will Graduate,--Short Practice This Spring

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Although the regular league association football schedule has been shifted to the fall this year, a short spring practice will be held for all candidates for next fall's team. It will probably begin about the last of this month and will continue until the spring recess. One or two practice games will be scheduled with local teams, and in addition there will be an interclass series.

Prospects for a strong team next year are very good, though places of men like Captain J.C. Jennings, '15, J.H. Baker '15, P. Blackmur '15, D.F. Fenn '15 and B. Nichols '15 will be hard to fill. The forward line will probably be built around Captain W.W. Weld '16 and R.H. Norris '17. F.G.C.A. O'Neil '16 and D. Moffat '16 are strong players left for the defence. In addition to these men, many who were valuable substitutes in 1914 will return, and several promising candidates from the 1918 team will be out. As many of the best players on the championship University of Pennsylvania team are seniors, Harvard will have a good chance to regain the title.
