The second of the registration cases being tried before Judge Raymond in the superior court in East Cambridge, was again postponed yesterday, the time being spent in conference. The defendants in this case are H. B. Harris and A. K. Reading, both charged with conspiracy in falsely swearing and certifying in connection with the assessment of W. Townsend '16 to be a voter.
In the first indictment which included Harris only, the jury has been unable to come to any decision. This matter will be taken up again after the present trial of Harris and Reading.
