There is a well-founded tradition that whenever Professor Copeland reads, no room in the University is large enough to hold the men who wish to hear him. Those who have been fortunate enough to squeeze in once always return to the next of his evenings, followed by a host of expectant friends. "Copey's" readings have become an integral part of Harvard's cultural background. They are among the pleasantest memories of graduates and the keenest expectation of undergraduates.
