Railway Official to Lecture Today

"Freight Rate Structure of the South" is the subject of a lecture to be given by Mr. J. M. Culp, vice-president of the Southern Railway, in Lawrence 18 this afternoon at 2.30 o'clock. The lecture will be open to the public.
