Trials for the University Glee Club will be held in the New Music Building this evening and tomorrow evening at 7 o'clock. All men in the University are eligible to compete for places on the club, and men singing any part are desired. First tenors, however, are especially needed. Despite the fact that the Freshman Musical Clubs are about to start work, a large number of 1919 men should report for trials for the University Clubs, for the two will in no way conflict and new men are needed to take the places of those who are lost each year by graduation.
Trials for the University Banjo and Mandolin Clubs will be held in Westmorly 123 tomorrow evening at 7 o'clock. All men in the University, including Freshmen, who play the mandolin, guitar, mandola, violin, cello, clarinet, drums, banjo, banjeaurine, ukelele, or mando-bass, are eligible to compete. All candidates for any of the three clubs must bring a solo to the trials.
