Oral Examinations Begin Monday

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Sophomores will be offered their final opportunity to pass the required oral examinations in either French or German beginning Monday afternoon, May 22. This opportunity is open also to Freshmen who desire to take advantage of it before their second year. The requirement of the office is that all students in the College except those who entered before 1910 must pass before the end of their second year a special oral examination to test their power of translating either French or German. All candidates who wish to take the oral examination must notify the Recorder, University 4, in writing, on or before Thursday, May 18. Each candidate will then be notified when and where to present himself for the oral examination.
