BUSINESS ALUMNI AND ST. PAUL'S SOCIETY RECEIVE

Pres. Lowell, Major Higginson and Dean Yeoman's Address New Students Tomorrow.

A reception for Freshmen and other first-year students in the University will be given by the St. Paul's Society and the Parish of Christ Church in the Parish House on Garden street tonight at 7.45 o'clock. Dean Yeomans, Dr. William G. Thayer of St. Mark's School, Robert H. Gardiner '76, of Boston, and Bishop Lawrence will speak. Refreshments will be served.

The Business School Club and the Business Alumni Association will hold a reception for business school students in Lawrence 3 this evening at 8 o'clock. Here also refreshments will be in order.

The Faculty reception to the students in the Graduate School of Business Administration will be given in the trophy room of the Union next Saturday evening at 8 o'clock.

Tomorrow night at 8 o'clock the University will hold a meeting for the reception of new students in the living room of the Union. Dean Briggs will preside, and the speakers will be President Lowell, Major H. L. Higginson '55, Dean Yeomans and Professor Hocking and others.

The Class of 1920 will be the guest at the Phillips Brooks House reception on Wednesday at 8 o'clock. Several prominent undergraduates will speak, and the University Glee Club will sing.
