The Phi Beta Kappa Scholarship Service Bureau has opened temporary headquarters at Thayer 67, north entry. The officer hours are on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons from 4 to 5 o'clock. Chairman of the Bureau W. M. Horton '17 is anxious to see all men having persistent difficulty with their studies and all good students willing to act as informal advisers.
