Dr. Schoenemann to Give Lectures

Dr. Friedrich Schoenemann, of the Department of German, will give a series of six public lectures on modern German literatures during the next few weeks which will be the second series he has offered this season. The lectures will be given in German and will be held in Gamma Delta Hall of Boston University, 688 Boylston street, on successive Tuesday evenings at 8.15 o'clock.

The first lecture will be given next Tuesday, January 30, and the subjects for the entire series are as follows:

January 30: "Gerhart und Karl Hauptmann."

February 6: "Theodore Fontane und Seine wachsende Bedeutung."

February 13: "Ludwig Auzengrubers Volksstuecke."

February 20: "Moderne Frauendichtung."

February 27: "Ernst won Wildenbruch und das vaterlaendische Drama."

March 6: "Deutscher Humor."

Students of the University may obtain tickets for the series at three dollars and for single lectures at 50 cents. These tickets may be secured by mail from F. Schoenemann, 7 Avon street, Cambridge, and personally at the Co-operative Branch and at the door on the evenings of the lectures.
