ANNUAL CHRISTMAS RITES WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY EVENING

The annual Christmas carol services will take place in Appleton Chapel ion Wednesday evening. December 19 at 8.15 o'clock. The Reverend Edward Caldwell Moore, Plummer Professor of Christian Morals and Chairman of the Board pf Preachers, will conduct the services and the Appleton Chapel Choir, together with the Choral Society of Radciffe, will present a program of Christmas music which has been arranged by Dr. A. T. Davison '06, Seats in the Chapel will be reserved for members of the University and Radcliffe until five minutes before and beginning of the service, but after that time the public will be admitted.

The following is the program to be presented; "Break Forth, O Beauteous, Heavenly Light,"  Bach "I Saw Three Ships,"  Osborne "Glory to God"  Pergolesi Carol, 'The First Noel,"  Traditional Carol, "Bring a Torch, Jeanette, Isabella."  OldFrench "Listen to the Lambs,"  Dett Carol, "Listen, Lordings, Unto Me,"  Osgood "Ah, Dearest Jesus,"  Bach

A special Christmas service will also be held in the chapel of the Andover Theological Seminary on the evening following the exercises in Appleton. This occasion is to take the place of the customary two services at Andover Theological Seminary and at the Divinity School, and will be open to members of both schools as well as to all members of the University.
