Trials for the University and Freshman tennis teams which were scheduled to begin today have been called off, as have also the University and Freshman managership competitions. As yet the tennis management has not definitely decided upon the activities for this spring, but it is planned to hold informal tournaments and intramural matches. The 13 courts on Jarvis Field, which are now open, will still be available for members of the University, and the courts on Soldiers Field will be ready some time this week. It is unnecessary to sign up for courts in advance.
