As the result of an eight week's competition, Henry Wilson Hardy '22, of Cambridge, has been appointed manager of the Freshman swimming team. This appointment is subject to the approval of the Athletic Committee.
The Freshmen have been victorious in four of their seven meets, winning from Huntington, Malden Y. M. C. A., Brookline High, and English High, but losing to Yale, Andover, and M. I. T. Both the University and 1922 teams have been handicapped because practice could not be held at the University, but had to be carried on in the Cambridge Y. M. C. A. pool.
