Trials for the University debating team will be held Tuesday evening at 7 o'clock in Harvard 6. The contestants will speak for five minutes on either side of the following question: "Resolved, that the United States should establish a Federal Monopoly of all oceanic shipping (coastwise and foreign) under the American flag."
