SHANNON POST MEN TO ELECT OFFICERS

Nominations for officers of the Shannon Post, to be voted upon at the meeting in the Union tomorrow night, were announced last night by the nominating committee. It is expected that further nominations will be made from the floor by members of the Legion at the meeting, and such nominations will be welcomed by the acting executive committee. It was also announced that dues from the 400 men who signed membership application blanks will be payable tomorow. Of the $2.00 dues, $1.00 goes to the national headquarters of the American Legion, 25 cents to the State headquarters and 75 cents will be retained in the Shannon Post treasury.

The nominees for offices are as follows: Commandant, Theodore Lyman '97; Vice-Commandant, W. B. Munro '98 Ph.D., '00; Adjutant, K. B. Murdock '16, Assistant Adjutant, D. K. David, M. B. A. '19, Historian, R. B. Perry, A.M. '97; all of these are ex-officio members of the Executive Committee. Nominees for this committee are; J. L. Coolidge, '95, R. J. Lee '02, W. L. Langor, 2 G. B., F. A. Little 2L, R. A. Lovett 1L, J. C. White 1M, W. G. Brocker '22; Chaplain, Rev. J. T. Addison, '09; Sergeant-at-Arms T. S. Woods '20.

The nominating committee consisted of Roger B. Merriman, '96, Chairman, A. B. Royce 3L, W. J. Louderback '20, and W. W. Caswell '20.
