Judge Cuthbert W. Pound of the New York Court of Appeals will speak at Phillips Brooks House tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock. He is speaking under the auspices of the Law School Society of Phillips Brooks House and has chosen as his topic, "The Argument of Cases on Appeal."
