There will be a meeting tonight in Smith Common Room at 7.30. open to all members of the Freshman class, for the purpose of organizing a Freshman Debating Club. Members of the University Debating Council, under whose auspices the meeting is being held, will be present, and addresses will be made by B. H. Kuhus '22, R. S. Fanning uC., and R. S. Bowers '24.

Every year the Debating Council supervises the formation of a Freshman Debating Club, which in turn forms a Freshman team.
